Val Nosler Beck is an expert in operation management, community engagement, and strategic planning and has held various political and public service roles over the past 15 plus years in local, state, and federal government. She is a standout leader who can find solutions to complex problems and a skillful communicator who manages people, stakeholders, and situations in fast-paced environments by building trust and accountability.
